Jim Montgomery – Deputy Chief – Emergency Management, City of Ottawa
Jim Montgomery has over 30 years of emergency management and response experience and is currently the Program Manager of Emergency Management for the City of Ottawa.  Jim will talk about “the spider web of connectivity of and dependencies on critical infrastructure; most of it privately owned and controlled”.

Anca M Satller – Associate, Privacy and Cyber-security Practice, Dentons
Anca M Sattler is an associate in the Litigation and the Privacy and Cybersecurity Groups at Dentons Canada LLP located in Ottawa. In her privacy practice, Ms. Sattler advises clients on compliance with Canadian and international privacy legislation and assists clients with data breaches and compliance audits. Ms. Sattler is certified by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) as a Certified Information Privacy Professional / Canada (CIPP/C) and holds the position of Co-Chair for the IAPP KnowledgeNet chapter in Ottawa. Throughout her legal career, Ms. Sattler wrote and often presented at conferences on issues related to privacy, anti-spam legislation and cybersecurity. Anca will be presenting on cybersecurity risks and fiduciary responsibilities of senior management both to mitigate risk and to coordinate response in case of data breaches.

Alex Jankovic – CMC, AMBCI, CBCP, StratoGrid Advisory
Alex Jankovic brings over 20 years of combined Information Technology and Business Continuity experience. He is a founder and principal consultant at StratoGrid Advisory, an Ottawa IT and Business Continuity Management Advisory firm. Alex will speak about the importance of the BCM program for your organization, how to avoid program implementation challenges and pitfalls, and program regulatory and compliance requirements.

Loan Duong – VP of Marketing/Sales – Server Cloud Canada
Loan Duong brings seven years of BI experience and three-plus years of continuing DRaaS learning. His analytical & BI skills allow him to focus on trends, patterns, and leading a team in the right direction. Data is the source of his decision-making. Along with that, Loan is still improving his DR knowledge database by living and experiencing hundreds of case studies. Loan will speak about 3 Cybersecurity related high-level case studies from his 2018 experience!
